What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, demo request or partner application on this site, we collect the details you provide. That is usually your name, work email, phone number, company and the message itself. Our website forms are hosted by Zoho Forms, and submissions are stored in our Zoho environment.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, assess a partner application, and to send you information about Propeoll that is relevant to that request. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate our website and business systems.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they are used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. Embedded forms may set cookies required for the form to function.

Customer data inside the product

Propeoll is deployed into a Zoho environment held in your name, whether the licences came with your plan or you already had them. Your project, employee and cost data remains under that account and your access controls. We access it only when you ask us to, for example during setup or while looking into a support issue, and only as far as we need to.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@propeoll.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
