Are the Zoho licences genuinely included?
Yes. The applications listed in the selected plan are licensed and invoiced as part of the per-user rate. Nothing is purchased from Zoho separately and no second invoice is issued.
Does every user get every application?
No, and the rate is built on that. Everyone delivering work has Zoho Projects, and on Complete everyone has Payroll, because salary is what the cost per hour comes from. Propeoll on Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics go to the people who own the numbers, usually around one for every ten project members. Zoho Books sits with finance. The allocation is agreed during setup and sized to the team.
What constitutes a user?
Anyone who signs in to the application, typically project managers, operations, finance and approvers. An employee who only has time logged against them, and never signs in, is not counted.
Is implementation included, or quoted separately?
Included. Configuration of each application to existing project structures, rate cards and approval levels, together with training, forms part of the rate rather than a separate implementation fee.
Existing Zoho licences are already held. What happens to those?
They are absorbed rather than duplicated. Depending on the licence, it is either transferred at its renewal date or taken into the plan. The position is confirmed in writing before any commitment.
What separates Core from Complete?
Core delivers project costing and accepts accounting and payroll figures by upload or by API from existing systems. Complete adds Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll so those figures arrive natively.
Can a plan be upgraded later?
Yes. The change takes effect from the next billing cycle and existing data carries across. Implementation of Books and Payroll is part of the plan rate.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is paid upfront for twelve months at a 10% discount on the monthly rate. Seats added mid-term are billed pro-rata.
Is pricing available in other currencies?
Yes. The Propeoll partner for the relevant region quotes in local currency. Enquiries are routed accordingly.
