The commercial

Two numbers, and that is the whole deal.

No tiers, no targets and no discount schedule.

First year

Calculated on the first year contract value, payable once the client has settled.

15%
of the first year

Calculated on the full contract value, including Zoho licences and implementation, not the Propeoll component alone.

The part that compounds

Every renewal

Payable again on each renewal, with no further action required from the partner.

10%
every renewal year

No cap and no expiry. Commission runs for the life of the account.

Rates are confirmed in the partner agreement. Figures on this page are illustrative and derived from the published price list.

Why take it on

Recurring revenue without a delivery function.

Project cost control is the gap most services businesses reach once CRM and accounting are in place. It is usually evident which accounts have it.

It repeats

Year one is the smaller half. The renewal stream is where an introduction pays.

Nothing to build

No engineers, no consultants and no certification. The introduction is made and delivery is handled from there.

Hard to rip out

Once budgets, orders and approvals run through it, retention is high, and renewals continue to pay.

Reputational cover

Delivery and support sit with Propeoll. A difficult rollout does not reflect on the introducing partner.

Partner support

Selling support is provided.

Partners may run the commercial conversation themselves or hand it over at the point of introduction. Both models are supported.

Demonstrations

Delivered against the client's own project structures, with or without the partner present.

Training

Sufficient product knowledge to identify the opportunity and handle initial questions.

Client support

Implementation, configuration, training and ongoing support are included in the plan and handled directly.

Deal registration

Registered accounts are recorded against the introducing partner, so commission follows the introduction.

Getting started

Registration takes a week.

No joining fee, no minimum volume and no certification requirement. The only expectation is a genuine relationship with the account and a real requirement.

  1. Application

Company details and the profile of accounts served.

  2. Introductory call

Thirty minutes covering the product and the commercial terms.

  3. Agreement

Rates, registration process and commission terms, in writing.

  4. Registration

The account is recorded against the partner from that point.

  5. Delivery

Demonstration, implementation, training and support. Commission follows client payment.

Who this is for

Partner profile.

Zoho practices

Already implementing Projects, Books, CRM or Creator, and repeatedly asked about project profitability.

ERP and PSA integrators

Selling to services businesses that need cost control without a full PSA rollout.

Accountants and advisors

Close to the numbers, and often first to identify that project-level profitability is unknown.

Partner FAQ

Before applying.

Is there a joining fee or a minimum?

Neither. No fee, no minimum volume and no certification requirement. Register one client or twenty.

What is the commission calculated on?

The client’s contract value, which includes the Zoho licences and the setup because those are part of the plan price. It is not limited to the Propeoll portion.

When do we get paid?

After the client pays us. First year commission follows their first payment, and renewal commission follows each renewal payment.

How long does the renewal commission last?

For as long as the client stays with us. There is no cap and no expiry date on it.

Is the partner required to implement or support?

No. Implementation, configuration, training and support are included in the plan and handled directly. Partner involvement is welcome but not required.

Who holds the client contract?

Commercially the contract sits with Propeoll, since the licences, delivery and support are carried here. The relationship remains with the introducing partner and is not approached directly.

What if the account is already in conversation with Propeoll?

Accounts should be registered before introduction. Where an active conversation already exists, this is confirmed immediately rather than allowing work on an account that cannot carry commission.

Is white-labelling available?

Not at present. The product retains its own name. Arrangements beyond referral are considered case by case.
