How is the time-zone difference handled?

Nepal runs at UTC+5:45, so we do not claim one shift covers the world. Three bands are staffed: Asia-Pacific for Singapore and Australia, Gulf for the Middle East, and an evening Americas shift for the United States and Canada. That produces three to eight hours of live overlap depending on your city, backed by a written daily update so progress stays visible outside it.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do, without qualification. An NDA is signed before the first technical conversation and full IP assignment is written into the master services agreement. Code is committed to your repositories, and cloud, domain and app-store accounts are registered in your company name from the outset.

What does an engagement cost?

Dedicated engineers are billed monthly at a fixed rate by role and seniority, typically 40–60% below equivalent blended rates in the United States, Canada or Australia. Fixed-scope projects are quoted as a single price against milestones. Either way the quotation itemises what is excluded as clearly as what is included.

How do we assess quality before committing?

Start with a two-week paid pilot on a genuine piece of your backlog. You review the pull requests, the tests and the documentation, and you keep the work regardless of what you decide next. If it falls short of your standard the engagement ends there, with no further obligation.

Can we interview the engineers?

Yes, and we would encourage it. You interview every proposed team member, they are named in the contract, and no one is substituted without your agreement and a documented handover.

How do contracts and payments work internationally?

We contract in USD, CAD, AUD, SGD or AED and invoice monthly on net-15 terms, settled by international transfer or Wise. Nepal imposes no withholding obligation on your side; our local tax and compliance are our responsibility.

What if we want to bring the work in-house later?

That is a planned outcome rather than a penalty. Architecture notes, runbooks and documentation are produced during the sprints, and a structured handover to your team closes out any engagement.

Do you take on existing systems and existing teams?

Frequently. A large share of our work is inherited codebases, half-finished implementations and recovery projects. We start with an audit, give you an honest view of what is worth keeping against what should be rebuilt, and work inside the process and tooling you already use.
